If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@caseplus.shop with your order number

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations may no longer be possible.
